NOTICE OF SPECIAL MEETING - MULLETT TOWNSHIP
BOARD OF TRUSTEES - JUNE 9, 2013 - 7:00PM
The Mullett Township Board of Trustees
will hold a special meeting on June 9, 2013, at 7:00pm at the Mullett
Township Hall in Topinabee, Michigan. The purpose of the meeting is as
follows:
To discuss an agreement of an easement for Nissley Property
] To make a recommendation by motion as to what an
agreement would be between Mullett Township and the
Nissley Property owners.
To discuss the costs of the restorations of the driveway near
the Nissley property.
To consider the costs presented and approve by motion an
amount agreeable to Mullett Township and the Nissley
Property owners (both parties)
To discuss a way forward and possible motion as to who
will follow through with any actions to be taken by the
Mullett Township Board of Trustees.
To discuss and approve attorney fees encountered by the
Mullett Township Board of Trustees.
To discuss attorney fees encountered by the Nissley attorney.
To approve by motion any fees necessary to complete a
resolution of the Nissley property agreement.
To discuss and act on any other matters that may properly]
come before the Mullett Township Board of Trustees.

This is an addition (amendment) to the
June 9, 2013 Mullett Township Board of Trustees Special Meeting notice
posted on June 8, 2013 at 12:00NOON
To discuss the westerly portion of the property which is
approximately 21 feet by 45 feet west of the Nissley property,
to be surveyed if necessary for an easement to be used as a
septic field in future. This piece of property would be in
addition to the entrance used to get to the Nissley property
now in question by the ADA entrance to the Topinabee Beach
Park.
To make a necessary motion to either grant easement or
suggest another way to negotiate a possible solution to the
above for the Nissley Property
To approve all property changes for the Nissley property:
which would include the entrance easement, 21 feet by
45 feet approximately west of the entrance easement,
the possible need for a survey, the actual work needed to
make the property whole again, replacing trees, fencing?
